The Wall [Co-writer: Vidhi]

[ Nirvana - You Know You're Right ]

Take it all
And let me fall
I'm leaning on a moldy wall
Talking to an empty face
Taking over all my craze

Don't tell me - It's my fault
Don't tell me
I won't hear at all
Sew up the lips that bruise
Don't tell me - I'm overused

----

A storm's coming
Trembled whispers say
Mortals running
While I'm at bay
Elseworlds churning
While I lay
And wonder what's the fucking day

Leaning on a moldy wall
Fixated on an empty face
Brushing the dirt for embrace
Standing til my knees don't fall

----

They're supposed to bring you down
I won't let them come around
Stubborn with their godly fear
They feel trouble seeing me near

----

Don't tell me
What I can see
Don't tell me - It's my fault
Sew up the lips that bruise
Sew me up
I'm so confused

Leaning on a moldy wall
Fixated on an empty face
Talking to a know it all
Getting over all my craze

Drawing circles with my thumb
Can't feel my hands go numb
Hoping a fire comes alive
And washes out the wrecked lives

----

A hollow march without their meds
Onward with their hammers and heads

Blow your torches
Or blow yourselves
You're soon gonna be in hell

For nothing can allay inside
The demon that's sick of my hide
Can't zip it up
I can't fight

Don't take me to the otherside
Let this crap end tonight

Smeared

[ Alberta Bound - Bryan Adams ]
[ The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo ]

You are the one who cares...
That's probably why you ever fear...
You tried to take the stairs...
But they led you back over here...

Running away...
Is that what you really ever want?
Crystal clear, smudge-free days...
Just a well-deserving taunt...

Thought you'd got it wrong..
To us,
It seemed quite sincere...

Thought you were never strong...
Impressive...
You've held back every tear...

Anyway...

Nobody leaves this wreck unpaid...
Everyone who's been pushed out here,
Is shoved right in to get laid...

And very soon dear...

You'll be smeared...
Smeared with the same repulsive fate....

-----

Ignore the whispered lies...
Ignore the bruises on your hide...

Look at the brighter side...

You didn't have to choose any side...

Get back in your element...
This for sure isn't your last night...

Please do us a favor...
Don't be a good bend...

We really love it when you fight....

-----

There are no exceptions...
Nobody leaves this crack unpaid...
It wasn't our intention...
But everyone over here gets laid...

Rules are rules...

So be happily smeared...
Smeared with the same repulsive fate.....

Once I Die

Honestly,
Tried so really hard to forget me..
The hostile conscience harrows me,
Having not come to grips with humanity...

Relentlessly,
I converse with the morbid me..
Says I'm the one to have ruined me..
Nothing more to this reality...

Then...
Heard a few words from the overcast sky,
Assuring me that I would fly..
Once I die..
Once I die...

----

Thought I'd give it a try..
But woke up to a few curious whys..
Never seen someone turn off their lights??

----

Won't hear the inarticulate screams..
Certain this'll all be a dream..
I'll be over with the stifled cries..
Once I die..
Once I die...

----

Recklessly,
Walked in and out of the Love I see..
Now posted over every wretched memory,
Is a whimper for some stability..

Like those words from the overcast sky..
Feel certain that I would fly..
Once I die..
Once I die...

----

So I give it one more shot..
The Jury says I should not..
But every man guards his own thought...

----

Won't no more hear my inarticulate screams..
This'll all be just a dream..
And I'll be redeemed from all my lies..
Once I die..
Once I die...

Peruse [2012-08-30, 2012-08-31, 2012-09-02, 2012-09-08, 2012-09-09]

[No more musings. had to get this one out of the closet. feeling like Dexter shutting down his Computer. last goodbye.]

[Guaranteed - Eddie Vedder]

Racing to your place...
Feel an overwhelming embrace...

I've tied up my hair,
Ignoring every stare...

The rain beats my face...

You're all over me....

Remembering your winter breath...
It was as warm as Volcanoes...
Timid hope floats on a storm,
I'd erupt for all I know....

I make you my day,
And scribble all my way...
You're my muse....

---

Heard that you've turned sane...
Your drawl's not the same...
My experiments have failed,
I need a hammer to be nailed...

You forget all the stuff,
We've been at long enough...
This isn't what I want...
This wasn't why I was conned...

You're all over me...

Happiness portrays,
A caricature of your say...
I make you my day,
And scribble all my way...

Are you my muse...?
---
One meet is all I need...
Even hearing you would do...
Your name pops on screen,
I'm writing what I never knew...

Glacial magic in my chest...
My heart skis a bit...
Drumming heard through my vest...
The dark corners are lit....

You're all over me...

I just make you my day,
And scribble all my way...
You're my muse.....

Interminable [07-09-2012, 09-09-2012]

[Hope this is my last post. goodbye.]

Undid her fluffed up faith...
Stepped warily into a bubbly crate...
Red comets on her skinny pale,
Sobbing helps flush the bare trail...

Whatever now that's been said,
The rare stoic visits to her head...
Words cannot really make us feel,
What it's like to be,
Running on a futile wheel...

Rummaged about for the forbidden fruit,
When gravity draped her wet and nude...
Bereft of any tangible fins,
Hung on to the worth of no loss or win...

But wherever she may have been led,
Nothing's any better when you're dead...
This world can just pretend to feel,
What it's like to be,
Running on a futile wheel....

Hypocrites

[ I have no clue what this is.]

We weren't loud;
They were quiet.

We weren't harsh;
They were mild.

We weren't what we were inside;
We were something we'd always hide.

We weren't the ones to land at night;
We weren't the time that had arrived.

We were just humans dowsed in light;
We weren't the ones who then survived.
